Application: The corrugated pipe produced by this line has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, corrosion-resistance, anti-wear and high tenacity; the pipes are mainly used for electricity wire sleeve, wire sleeve in cars, protection wire sleeve, machine tool, food packaging machines, electrical mobiles, engineering installation, lamps and lanterns, automated instrument,

etc.Characteristics: Special designed screw and mould; the convenient and reliable changing of the mould have solved the problems of easy wear of the barrel and hard foamed of the material. The production line is running fast, stably and easy to operate.

Material: Nylon, temperature range: - 40°C-115°C without halogen. The oil-proof, acid-proof and flame retardant ratio is HB(UL94); The black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.

Material: Polypropylene (PP), temperature range: - 20°C-110°C; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.

Material: Polythene (PE), temperature range: - 40°C-80°C; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.

Material: PVC; temperature range: - 10°C-95°C oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
