The SCX2 series shipborne satellite communication antenna has the characteristics of high reliability and excellent performance. Widely used in official ships, engineering ships, merchant ships, yachts, oil platforms, fishing vessels and so on.
High precision and stability: MEMS angular velocity meter and accelerometer are built in the antenna, and the Azimuth, elevation and polarization angle are calculated by MCU, which can make the antenna align and track the satellite quickly The use of adaptive Kalman filter processing sensor data, the method obtained a national invention patent; mechanical, the use of high resonant frequency of the seat frame form, to ensure the control frequency.
Automatic polarization control: According to the GPS information, the controller constantly updates the polarization angle to complete the optimal control of polarization angle. This function is very suitable for the use of east-west routes of ships.
Global Application: In order to adapt to different satellite communication systems, antenna controller can adapt to a variety of control protocols, thus can adapt to the global scope of satellite network applications.
Quality and reliability: industrial components are used to ensure the reliability of the components; software, the built-in coordinate conversion module, PID stability module and other core modules, the control frequency is more than 200Hz; production process, the use of long-term high and low temperature aging test.
