Character
Colorless to yellowish liquid.  Intense cinnamon aroma, floral, fruity and balsamic aromas, sweet.  Boiling point 235ºC, flash point 99ºC.  Soluble in ethanol and most non-volatile oils, partially soluble in mineral oil, somewhat insoluble in water. Glycerol and propylene glycol are unstable in alkaline media.  

Purpose
It can be used for mixing clove, silver acacia, acacia, violets and other flower flavor, used for cosmetics;  Can also be used in the preparation of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, berry, strawberry and other flavor, used in food.
