Main Features:
1.Has strong compatibility and the same equipment can realize single side and double sided and adjacent right - angle surface labeling of various types of products ( such as flat bottle , round bottle , square bottle , special - shaped bottle , etc . ) .
2.The dual rigid plastic synchronous guide chain is adopted to automatically ensure the neutrality of the bottle, which greatly reduces the difficulty of the workers' operation or the assembly line.
3.The automatic bottle dispersing mechanism is equipped to separate the distance automatically before the product enters the guiding mechanism to ensure the stability of the follow-up bottle, transportation and labeling.
4.Double cladding mechanism is configured to ensure the accuracy of the labeling for the first time and the two extrusion cladding, effectively eliminating the bubbles and ensuring the sticker at the head and tail of the label.
5.A new type of press mechanism is adopted to ensure the smooth delivery of the product and effectively eliminate the error of bottle height.
6.Accurate label, the stability is high, and the PL+ servo motor is used to drive the standard.
7.Label correction mechanism can prevent the left and right deviation of the label and ensure the precision of the mark out.
8.The supporting equipment runs 7 × 24 hour,Mitsubishi PLC,Weinview tochscreen,KEYENCE bottle sensor,Leuze high accuracy label sensor.
9.Strong and durable, adopt three bar adjusting mechanism, make full use of the stability of triangle, the whole machine is solid and durable. It is made of full ss304 stainless steel,which is in line with the requirements of GMP production.
