1.Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we have been in the printer field about 11 years. Our factory is located at Shenzhen, China. Welcome to our factory.

2.Do you provide free samples ? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

3.About the payment method?

Our payment terms is T/T, Western Union,Paypal. We accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.

4.About the delivery time?

Within three days after we get 100% payment or 30% desposit.

5.How long is the warranty of machine?

The printer with one year warranty and life-time maintenance, except print head, cleaning unint, CISS and damaged by human.

6.Whether provide after-sale service?

Yes, we can provide the after-sale service for you forever,meanwhile we have professional English technician only serving you.
