The operational principle of Float Switch is direct and simple.
In general, set one point or more points magnetic switch in sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube as required. Then fix the hollow float ball with permanent magnet to a relative position of the pipe magnetic switch and let the float ball drift in a certain scope up and down. Utilize the magnet to attract the open and close of magnetic switch to operate and control the liquid level. The N.O. And N.C. is the status without injecting liquid. Due to the low price, reliable performance, flexible installation and multiple material choice, float switch is widely used in the level control and alarm of machinery, electrics, chemical, household appliances etc.
