Features and usage:
1. It is suitable for the high purity powder dispersing, like the alumina, cerium oxide, zirconium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, zirconium silicate, titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide, carbon black, white carbon black, barium sulfate, kaolin, silica, pigment, etc which is not including the sodium.
2.This product can be adsorbed on the surface of various fine particles and generated by electrostatic repulsion to avoid sedimentation and coarsening. Mainly used in the fields of electronic ceramics, paper industry, alumina ceramics, daily-use ceramics, magnetic materials and other industries.
Adding this product during the grinding process of the slurry can greatly reduce the viscosity of the material to be processed, facilitate the processing of the material, and the viscosity of the slurry after dispersion is stable.
Dispersant WS-29B can be volatillized totally when baking and burning.
This product has less foam and is non-toxic and is non-dangerous.

Instruction for usage:
Put some material which including the water into the grander or the mixing drum, add quantitative WS-29B, finally can get stable, good liquidity and high solid content paste. It can reduce the water, and in favor of grinding and can reduce the time of drying process.
In the production of ceramic powder by dry pressing or semi-dry pressing,When the making of dry powder by Spray granulation,adding the WS-29B can get a good intensity,greatly enhance the wear resistance of semi-finished products,avoid the uneven shrinkage and cracking problems.
WS-29B dosage is usually 0.2-2%,the best dosage is depend on the testing. It is also can be used with the Inorganic phosphate.

Safety:
This product is uniform, stable, non-inflammable and explosive. It can be transported by normal means.

Packing and storage:
50KG or 130KG by plastic drum.
Store in a cool, dry place indoors.
