D series excavators provide two performance setting modes to enhance the operator's ability to control the machine performance and construction needs. In the standard operating mode, high productivity and fuel efficiency can be obtained. In lighter operations such as municipal construction, it can be switched to economic mode, reducing fuel consumption by 15%.
Advanced engine and hydraulic system, 325D adopts Cat C7 engine with ACERT technology. Improved fuel delivery, air and electronic control improve engine performance.
ADEM A4 electronic module controls fuel delivery, provides flexible fuel supply matching, enables the engine to respond quickly to different application requirements, and maximizes the performance of every drop of fuel.
The component layout of the hydraulic system shortens the connecting pipeline, improves the efficiency, and reduces the heat and noise around the cab. D series follow the C series hydraulic interactive induction system. The control circuit can be provided as an accessory, making the high- and medium-pressure working devices easier to use.
Expansion of versatility and flexibility
325D has an auxiliary hydraulic system installed by the original factory, including one-way, high-pressure and high-flow circuits of hydraulic hammer and vibrating plate compactor.
D series machines are equipped with a series of rich accessories and configurations, including a variety of optional buckets and hydraulic hammers, which can be perfectly matched with the machine, and quick connector replacement tooling can be selected.
D series machines have heavy-duty boom and two sticks for operation options: trenching, mass excavation, hammering and general construction operations. Each 325D has a GPS device and can be connected at any time.
New cab and operation console The operation console of the D series excavator is spacious, and the operator can easily adjust the seat and armrests according to their needs, and they can also choose to equip with a new suspension chair. The fully automatic climate control system regulates temperature and air flow, and can also determine which air outlet to use in each situation. The new monitor is a color image liquid crystal display that can be adjusted to minimize the impact of strong light. This kind of graphic display is easier for operators and maintenance technicians to read information than C series monitors.
All the glass is directly glued to the cab, eliminating the need for window frames. The wiper installed on the front pillar widens the operator's field of vision.
