Microbrewery Brewery 500L Beer Brewery System SS304 10BBL beer brewing equipment is widely used in the brewpub ,bar and restaurant to brew beer. The Brewhouse system including the following :Mash tank,Lauter tank,kettle ,whiripool tank,hops adding system and pipeline etc.
Brewhouse can be in various combination:
1. Two vessels: Mash/lauter tank, Kettle/whirlpool tank
2. Three vessels: Mash/lauter tank,whirlpool, Kettle;Or Mash tun, Lauter tank, Kettle/whirlpool tank;
3. Four vessels: Mash tun, lauter tank, kettle, whirlpool tank
Brewhouse system has three kinds of heating method:
1. Electric heating
2. Steam heating
3. Direct fire heating
Brewhouse system Standard Configuration :
1. Available capacity from 1 to 60 BBL(HL)
2. Equipment use 100% Tig welding and sanitary polish surface
3. Inside shell use SS304 material ( SS316L material is optional)
4. Out side cladding shell use SS304 material (copper material cladding is optional)
5. Platform material is SS304
6. Top mounted agitator system ( bottom mounted is optional)
7. Plate heat exchanger ,Wort pumps,flow meter,valves and pipeline are all SS304 material
8. PLC automatic control or semi-automatic control or manual control
beer production whole process should takes about 12-20 days to prepare wort and stock solution from the initial malt crushing process in different tanks, through saccharification, filtration, boiling, swirling sedimentation and fermentation.
After fermentation, beer raw pulp is obtained, which can be directly drunk and sold If equipped with fine filtration and sterilization equipment, beer can be bottled or tinned for a longer time.

for cleaning,

(4). Pipe fittings and valves are well-known durable brands at home and abroad.
(5). Argon arc welding is adopted for welding.
(6). Polishing accuracy up to Ra0.4μ m.
(7). It can be customized according to the process and requirements of customers.
