Low cement series refractory castables are developed on the basis of clay bonded refractory castables.Its main varieties, including low cement, ultra-low cement and without cement refractory castable, it combines the advantages of the most refractory castable in one, with a high density, low porosity, high strength, low abrasion, thermal shock and erosion resistance and other characteristics, also has strong stability and construction volume and low water consumption characteristic, so the application is broad, it is better to use and social economic benefit is remarkable.
According to its purpose, low cement series refractory castables are divided into high alumina castables and steel ladle refractory castables.According to its material variety, and divided into aluminum silicate, mullite, corundum and spinel quality low cement refractory castable.
High aluminum and low cement castable has the characteristics of high density, low porosity, high strength, low wear, heat resistance, shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
