Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
♥ TJDent reply: We are  factory located in Foshan city of South China, where is the manufacturing center of dental products, and we produce dental chair, dental handpiece, etc.
 
Q2: How about the delivery? What's the delivery time?
♥ TJDent reply: It depends on customers' request, normally we use express couriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, for large amount order we recommend to use sea transportation to save cost on shipping. Normally it takes 3 - 5 working days by express, 1 month by sea transportation.

Q3: How about the package?
♥ TJDent reply: Wooden case/ Carton/ Aluminum case (standard export packing with fully 
polyfoam or pearl wool foam) are available.

Q4: Do you have any timely technical supports & after sales services?
