Main Function
  • Multi-mode: Pulse-Echo mode and Echo-Echo mode, it can do thickness testing via getting through the coating thickness without calculate the coating thickness.
  • Capable of performing measurements on a wide range of material, including metals, plastic, ceramics, composites, epoxies, glass and other ultrasonic wave well-conductive materials.
  • With Probe-Zero function and Two-Point Calibration function, it can correct the system error automatically. 
  • With Sound-Velocity-Calibration function, it can improve the accuracy.
  • Designed with high-accuracy real-time clock to realize accuracy thickness measurement
  • Automatically V-Path correction to compensate the nonlinearity of dual probe when testing the thickness.
  • With high-performance CPU chip, it can do ten measurements readings per second.
  • With colorful large display 320X240 TFT LCD, it can show information rich, directly and clear. With adjustable brightness backlight, it can be used easily under the environment of dimly light and strong sunlight.  
  • With large memory, it can save 10,000 thickness measurements
  • With internal Bluetooth module and USB 2.0 communication port, it can realize printing via connecting with optional Bluetooth thermal printer and transport the data with PC.
