Bagasse is a good choice for pulp production in terms of energy, resource utilization efficiency, economic value added and ecological protection.

        The thermal efficiency of direct combustion of bagasse is not high, but the amount of Bagasse Pulping is large. Using bagasse can not only get high-quality paper, but also the pulp removed from bagasse and other organic matter can be effectively converted into steam through alkali recovery reactor. Furthermore, steam can be used for power generation in the process of paper-making and pulping, and the waste water can also be converted into biogas fuel, which can eventually be converted into biomass energy. Different from direct combustion, Bagasse Pulping can not only obtain pulp and recover energy, but also reduce the consumption of wood raw materials, improve resource utilization efficiency and increase the economic added value of industrial waste residue.
 

        Bagasse can be made into chemical pulp by conventional alkali or sulfate process, which is easy to be boiled and bleached and has good pulp properties. Bagasse bleached chemical pulp mixed with a certain amount of long fiber can be used to produce a variety of high-grade cultural and household paper with good uniformity, such as copy paper, offset printing paper, high-grade toilet paper, napkin, etc. Bleached bagasse chemical pulp is also a good raw material for the production of corrugated paper and various paperboards and tableware.
