Step1:Crushing
1) Crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.
Step2:Drying
2) Air flash dryer or drum dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly.
Step3:Pelletizing
3) Pellet machine convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.
Step4:Cooling
4) You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour.
Step5:Packing
5) After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
