1. Uniform color, no color difference, no abnormal odor, different color fiber, no edging on the edge, uniform tension  requirements. 
2. Width tolerance +0.5-0. 2cm
3. no holes in the raw material. No Stains, black spots, hard lumps.
4. The diameter of the inner paper tube is 3 inches and the thickness is 0.7 cm. The paper tube is not allowed to be deformed or twisted.
5.
