Vibrating plates: 
Vibrating plates for bottle and cap, the bottle and caps will be sorted and then feeding into guide way and conveyed in to the next station.


Working disk and filling system
There have 16 working position of the machine .Load the bottle and cap automatically.
Fill the glue when the bottle moves to the position, the filling heads can be customized based on customer's requirements.


Cap loading : 
Adopt mechanical  hand to upload the caps. High precision and more stable.


Screw head system:
Upload the caps with mechanical arm. Position the glue head then screw the caps tightly by the screw head.
