General Introduction
This machine is specialized in making V groove on industrial cardboard, gray cardboard, high-density plate and other plate. Adopts new type of conveying structure- wrap cardboard on cylinder surface (diameter is 60mm) to ensure accurate of groove running, no deviation and grooving linearity. The machine has the features of high precision, high speed and durable cutting blade.     

Features of the machine
1.Each cutting blade could move left and right by hand.
2.The belt pressing wheel could adjust the tightness of belt.
3.The photoelectric is used for recording the number of production
4.Double sides position plate are adjustable,they can ensure the precision.
5.Good slotting effect: no burrs, no dust and smooth V groove surface.
6.Economization: total power is 2.2KW, low noise.
7.Durable cutting blade: equipped with special knife(easy to operate). Blade grinding only needs two minutes, easy and time saving! 
8.Adjustable blade angle: two independent blade fixed by clamp, can be adjusted on machine and no need to customize blade for different angle.
9.Different thickness of cardboard without adjustment can be slotted, very convenient.
