The processing line:Input------Cleaning section-----Conditioning-------Degerminating-----Milling and sifting-----Packing
The cleaning section have maize cleaner and gravity classification stoner alone,let the raw material get more cleaning,high efficiently remove stone,and other impurities,keep the corn cleaning.
Using the moisture damper,two times damp,keep the corn wet and soft.Then the Japan technology degerminator remove the paddy,get the bran and germ.The bran can make the animal feed as raw material.
Pneumatic roller mill,high efficiently mill the vorn then small roller mill
Have plansifter can sift the flour to produce different kinds of maize flour,maize girts,etc.
Touch screen control system,smart operate.
And automatic packing machine can let the package more easiler.
