Material keep dry when going into and coming out of the machine, and there is no need to dry them (Materials moisture is no less than 13%). It uses differential gear, cardan drive and is used together with motor or diesel engine. Thus energy saves, opionration easy and the output is high.
The machines adopt the new advanced technique in the processes of pressing, pellet building, polishing and modeling, thus breaking through the traditional pellet-making technique characterized by large capital input and complicated tecdhnique.
The machine can produce pure organic fertilizer, organice-inorganic mixed fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer in pellet; the pellets produced are even, smooth, full, strong and with high fluidity.
