Automatic pre stretche slitter rewinder machine is our updated new model for automatic high speed pre-stretch,and stretch film slitter&rewinder,it is with 2 rewinding station at 4 shafts for high speed of change the core by simple operation with inverter motor control.
Machine can work as multi-purpose for pre stretch slitting mode,pre stretch rewinding mode.
To skip of the pre-stretch control roller system,the machine can role as a standard stretch film slitting mode,and standard stretch film rewinding mode.
In total,the machine conclude 4 different function in to 1 machine for value added with cost effective.
It can improve the production for 50% to compare with 2 shaft model.
Machine is with inverter and digital control panel,it is very user friendly,ideal for volumn production for Polythene/LLDPE stretch film,PE stretch cling wrap,PVC stretch cling film,Pre-stretch roll etc.
After our machine slitting&rewinding,the stretch film roll/cling film roll become more smooth/neat.
Machine is designed with an pneumatic loading of mother roll.
Machine with a special designed lift motor to adjust the centering position(adjust left/right).
