It is for automatic high speed changing the shaft,it is able to be pre-stretch,and standard stretch film slitter&rewinder,it is built by two rewind station by four shaft for high speed of change the core by simple operation with frequency inverter changer for motor control.
Machine can work as multi-purpose for pre-stretching film slitting mode,pre stretch rewinding mode.
To switch off the pre-stretch control system,machine roles as a standard stretch film slitting mode,a standard stretch film rewinding model as well.
In total,the machine conclude 4 different function in to 1 machine for value added with cost effective.

Machine is with inverter and digital control panel,it is very user friendly,ideal for volumn production for Polythene/LLDPE stretch film,PE stretch cling wrap,PVC stretch cling film,Pre-stretch roll etc.
After our machine slitting&rewinding,the stretch film roll/cling film roll become more smooth/neat to correct the defect winding roll.
Machine is designed for automatic pneumatic loading jumbom roll.
Machine with EPC system by a special designed lift motor to adjust the centering position(adjust left/right).
