Colorful roof Tile is a product made of cold-rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate, after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. Some people call this product "pre-rolled color steel plate" and "plastic color steel plate". Colorful roof Tile are produced by manufacturers in rolls on a continuous production line, so they are also called color coated steel coils. Color steel plate not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel material, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of coating material.

1. Light weight: 10-14 kg/m2, equivalent to 1/30 of a brick wall.

2. Thermal insulation: thermal conductivity of core material: λ<=0.041w/mk.

3. High strength: It can be used as a load-bearing ceiling for the ceiling enclosure structure, resisting bending and compression; beams and columns are not used in general houses.

4. Bright color: no surface decoration is required, and the anticorrosive layer of the color galvanized steel plate has a retention period of 10-15 years.

5. Flexible and quick installation: The construction period can be shortened by more than 40%.
