Features
The heating pipeline can be in a variety type: single-input single-output, double-inlet-out, multi-input and multi-output,
which can simultaneously meet different process requirements for simultaneous heating of a single wellhead and more
than two wellhead products.

The pipeline adopts a withdrawable quick-install structure, which makes it convenient for
installation and maintenance. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pipeline can be different standard flanges or threaded
flanges for easy installation.
 
The equipment case adopts good heat preservation measures to make the thermal efficiency of the water jacket
heating furnace more than 85%.
 
The burner has two modes: manual ignition and automatic ignition. It has an automatic control system to realize the
automatic control of water bath temperature, medium inlet and outlet.
 
It has the function of the interlock control with the burner.
 
The water jacket heating furnace can be equipped with safety accessories such as pressure gauges, thermometers
and level gauges and safety valves, and has observation hole for easy inspection and cleaning of the inside of the
furnace.
