Q: Can we do print on the glass?
A: Yes. We are good at printing special idea onto the glass if you have logo file.

Q: Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes, samples free, just pay to airfreight cost. Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have pretty 
nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will offer for your confirmation before sample departing.I will take 
a photo before sample delivery too, I try best to save each coin for you.

Q: Can we combine many items together in one container in my first order?
A: Yes.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock products, we will send goods to you 10~15 working days after your deposit. 

For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch is ~30 working days after your deposit.

Q: What is your shipping way?

A: By sea, by air, by express, etc.

Q: If any problem, what is the solution for us?A: Please take the photoes to show all details clearly, as soon as it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items by
