It also application in HSS,hardened steels. with higher machining speeds and longer tool life.

This composition offers superior wear resistance and heat stability, and utilization in applications ranging from continuous to slightly interrupted cuts.SBN2080 compacts are idealty suited for machining cast iron and powder metal alloys.
 SBN910SBN910 compacts consist of extremely tightly controlled 50%-65% CBN grains in a TiN-based matrix. The combination of high abrasion resistance,good impact strenght and chemical stability allows for harder steel turning,good surface finish and long tool life. which delivers excellent results in continuous and moderately interrupted cuts.
