Q:  Do you have any certification like BIS, CE RoHS?
A:  "Yes" we have certification in CE RoHS and BIS for whole product and SAA cert only for driver component.

Q: What is the warranty?
A: According to different types of lamps, a 5-7 year warranty is provided. If the product fails during the warranty period due to quality problems, we will immediately send out new replacements and freight charges in case of emergency. Or, we prefer to send a replacement for the next order.
 
Q: What is the payment period?
A: For sample orders, we can accept wire transfer 100% in advance, PayPal, Western Union. For large orders, please pay 30% deposit by wire transfer and pay 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, letters of credit

A: For sample order, we can accept T/T, PayPal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable.

A:  If you order 3000pcs each type, we will help you do customize color box and logo. If less 3000pcs, we will give you white box or factory normal color box.

Q:  Could you offer door to door delivery?
A:  Yes, we can quote you with DDP service, please leave us your address.


Q:  Sample can be free?
A:  Yes, we can offer free samples based on intent orders.


Q:   How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples and small quantities of products that customers need urgently with DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. High-volume product transportation is available for airline or maritime transportation. The shipping time is updated according to the actual situation of the shipping company.

A:  Our price is based on 165-265v range, we can supply with 85-265v too, please confirm the price with us.

A: Some designs we have stock, rest for sample orders or trial order, it takes about 7-10 days, for bulk order, normally our production time is 30-35 days.

A:  Yes sure, we can share photos and videos of the products to you on TM or by mail.


Q:   We don't know how to install, can you help?

Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate < 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send out new replacement to you immediately for you to solve the problem.
