Product Introduction

DMEM, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, is modified on the basis of MEM medium. It is divided into low-sugar and high-sugar depending on the glucose content. DMEM low-sugar medium is suitable for the cultivation of adherent cells with slow metabolism and dependence.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture. It does not contain protein or growth factors. It is necessary to add 5-10% serum or serum-free additives according to the cell type.

This product is sterilized by a 0.1 μm filter membrane, pH 7.0-7.4, containing 5.5 mM D-glucose, adding 4.0 mM L-glutamine and 1.0 mM sodium BT, containing penol red indicator, without HEPES buffer system.


Storage and transportation

Transport in wet ice; store at 2-8°C, valid for 12 months.


Precautions

1. This product has been filtered and sterilized. When using, pay attention to aseptic operation to avoid contamination;

2. In order to maintain the best results, please do not freeze-thaw.
