Product Introduction

DMEM, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, is modified on the basis of MEM medium. It is divided into low-sugar and high-sugar depending on the glucose content. DMEM low-sugar medium is suitable for the cultivation of adherent cells with slow metabolism and dependence.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture. It does not contain protein or growth factors. It is necessary to add 5-10% serum or serum-free additives according to the cell type.

This product is sterilized by this product through a 0.1 μm filter membrane, pH 7.0-7.4, contains 5.5 mM D-glucose, does not contain L-glutamine and sodium BT, adds pheol red indicator, contains 25 mM HEPES buffer system .

HEPES is an excellent biological buffer, which has no toxic effect on cells. The medium added with HEPES can maintain a constant pH range for a long time.


Storage and transportation

Transported in wet ice, stored at 2-8°C, valid for 12 months.


Precautions

1. This product has been filtered and sterilized. When using it, you should pay attention to aseptic operation to avoid contamination;

2. In order to maintain the best results, please do not freeze-thaw.
