Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?

A: We are a manufacturer ,located in Zhongshan ;  over 16 year experiences of electrical kitchen appliances and 
     specialized in toaster oven since 2012 ,so we have a series of toaster ovens for your choice.


Q: Can I buy samples from you before placing order ?

A: Absolutely we could supply samples.


Q:What is your samples policy?

A: The clients pay for the samples in advance ,which will be returned once order confirmed .Samples time is 5~7
     working days for 3pcs.


Q: Do you have certificates for your models ?

A: Sure .We have GS/CE/CB/ETL for different market needs. Also products meet LFGB/DGCCRF etc. Food
     contact safe.


Q: MOQ ?

A: 1x20' .If you want to try small order less than MOQ, related upcost will be needed.


Q: Can you supply OEM ?

 A: Yes, we can provide  OEM service which including Logo printing, gift box design and carton design.


Q: How about the package?

A: Each item is  in 5 layer colour gift box with strong form cover. Or pack as the clients requirments.


Q:How long is the mass production time?

A: 35-45  days for generally 1~3 containers upon order confirmation.


Q:Product Warranty ?

A:We offer 12 months warranty since shipment date .Also if any claims for certain issue ,we can provide 
    1% FOC spare parts & technical services .
