Using menu type programming to select input cutting parameter, such as outer diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle, deviation compensation data and so on. A seamless intersection can be made by other professional software at the same time.
4, It can cut various carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials of pipe profiles, which are widely used in building walls, web structure, steel structure, marine engineering, recreational facilities, fitness equipment an other industries.
Process of eqiupment
(1), Programming: Directly on the machine or offline editor program. Cutting using menu-select input parameters such as diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle deviation compensation data. At the same time can be used as seamless connection STCAD by other professional software.
(2), Place the beams: The operator start a program from the machine on the network, place the beam with a lifting tool holder.
(3), Measuring level: Operator error with hand lever to adjust the levelof the seat tube according to the beam size.
(4), Beam locking: With adjustable jaw self-centering chuck locks the beamsize .
(5), Start cutting: Put the cutting head to the beam ends, the device will automatically programmed to automatically locate the next one cut, till to complete all the cutting process.
