Open Top Burn-in Socket

The open top compact burn in socket provide customer good quality, fast delivery for test, valiation or burn in test of memory IC devices like eMMC, eMCP, UFS, DDR, LPDDR, Nand, ePOP, Logic IC, etc. It can be used for both manual and automatic test.

Features
 

 • Open Top (OT) test socket is designed for Automatic test or Manual test of  IC devices like eMMC, eMCP, DDR, Nand, LPDDR, UFS etc.

 • It can be used for burn-in test, also can be used for functional test.

 •  The OT test socket is suitalbe for different IC package of BGA, LGA, QFN, SOP, and so on.

 •  Mininum pitch can be 0.35mm, and minimum size can be 1.0x1.0mm. Consult us if you have customized requirement.

 •  With 15+ years of experience, socket can be design according to customer's specific requirements of frequency, current, resistance, etc.

 •  Customzied PCB board can be offered together with socket under customer's request.
