Material: Cast iron GG25 or Steel C1045, or Stainless steel 304 or 316, For each batch of casting, inspection certificate including chemcial composition, tensile strength, hardness etc will be tested & issued; For each batch steel material, subsupplier will provide material certificate issued by steel plant.
Machining: Precesion machining for sprocket with stock bore, taper bore or as as drawing.
Finish: Black oxide for steel Sprockets, Black phosphate for cast iron Sprockets.
Package: Each plastic bag, then carton box, then wooden case.
