Indication:
It mainly treats gastrointestinal tumors and has a certain effect on gastric cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer. It can also be used to treat breast cancer, bronchial lung cancer and liver cancer. It can also be used for bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer.

Usage and dosage:Adults take it orally, 800 ~ 1200mg per day, 3 ~ 4 times, with a total of 30 ~ 50g as a course of treatment. The dosage for children is 4 ~ 6mg / kg at a time, four times a day

Adverse reactions
Mild myelosuppression is characterized by leukopenia and thrombocytopenia. Mild gastrointestinal reactions are mainly anorexia and nausea. Some patients may have vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain, which can disappear after drug withdrawal. Other reactions include fatigue, chills, fever, headache, dizziness, dyskinesia, skin pruritus, pigmentation, mucositis and vascular pain at the injection site.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for women within 3 months in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Matters needing attention:
1. During medication, the leukocyte and platelet counts shall be checked regularly. In case of bone marrow suppression, the mild ones shall be treated symptomatically, the severe ones shall be reduced, and the medication shall be stopped if necessary. Generally, it can be recovered after stopping the drug for 2 ~ 3 weeks.
2. For mild gastrointestinal reaction, it is not necessary to stop the drug and give symptomatic treatment. For serious cases, it is necessary to reduce or stop the drug. Taking after meal can reduce gastrointestinal reaction.
3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should use it carefully and reduce it as appropriate.
