Installation
Before shipment, machine will be tested by our technicians to make sure the can work well.
Our technicians will be sent to user's factory to install the machine and train works if need. ( the buyer just need pay for the
technician's tickets, meals accommodation and salary)

Q2: How can I install Automatic Piston Filling Machine Line when it arrives?
A2: We will send the instruction book and some videos to you to help you install the machine.You can talk with our engineer by video chat or we will send the engineers overseas to help you.

Q3: What is the cost to send installation/training staff? How many staff do you need to send?
A3: Whole installation/traning process needs 2 peoples. Around 10 days. Client needs to provide us round-air ticket, visa fee, local transpotation, accomodation, food, and 100USD/day/person.

Q4: Do you offer a free set of replacement parts for parts that commonly wear out quickly?
A4: All spare parts are always avaliable for delivery. Above 90% spare parts are made by ourselves. Because we have our own processing center, so we can supply at anytime.

Q5: Beside Piston filling Machine, can you supply other accessories like cap sealing machine or labeling machine for complete line?
