Description:
Pyridaben is approved for use in the EU and many other countries. It has a low aqueous solubility, not considered particulatly volatile and, based on its chemical properties, is not expected to leach to groundwater. It tends not to persist in soils or water systems. It is moderately toxic to mammals and not expected to bioaccumulate. It is highly toxic to most aquatic organisms and honey bees but less so to earthworms and birds.
It is used to control Acari, Aleyrodidae, Aphididae, Cicadellidae and Thysanoptera on field crops, fruit trees, ornamentals and vegetable.
Avermectin is a widely used agricultural or veterinary fungicide, insecticidal and acaricide. It has stomach toxicity and contact killing effect on mites and insects, and can not kill eggs. It has direct contact killing effect on predatory insects and parasitic natural enemies. It has less residue on plant surface, less damage to beneficial insects, adsorption by soil, no movement by microorganisms, no accumulation in the environment It can be used after pouring into water and stirring slightly, which is safe for crops.
Avermectin is generally used in vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, tobacco, cotton and food crops to control Lepidoptera and Homoptera pests, such as Plutella xylostella, Spodoptera exigua, Spodoptera litura, aphids, red spiders, gall mites, scale insects, thrips, rice leaf roller and other pests.
