BW-2.0+SX was designed based in a new concept, which results in more wire processed and a simplified structure. The complete procedure is accomplished by one wire jig, protecting the wire and reducing the possibility of an error. This full automatic machine can process 2 wires simultaneously and highly increase the production capacity. 

Functions: Pre-feeding, Cutting, Stripping and Crimping. Single or double end Crimping.

Applicable wire: AWG 30-18

High Performance: It can process 4000 pieces/hour of single wires and 7000 pieces/hour of double wires. The terminal feeding part and stripping part are optimized to increase the speed process. It uses a servo motor in the driver to ensure precision of 0.1 mm. 

Inspecting device: Automatically detection of a flaw, such as if the wire is lack or not, wire over loaded, low pressure and unusual crimping. 

Easy to use: It is controlled by the DSP high speed calculating chip as a quality warranty.
