Feature:
It adopts positive and negative pulse charging and discharging technology. During the charging process, user can add discharge pulse and pulse gap according to various process requirements, which can improve the conversion efficiency, shorten the formation time significantly, and generate less heat. After formation, the battery has high capacity and cycle life. The power supply is controlled by an MCU, which can be set, displayed and controlled independently. Modular drawer-type structure is adopted, and multi-channel power supply is installed in one cabinet. The whole machine has compact structure and easy maintenance. The equipment can greatly reduce the investment of equipment and plant and increase output.
Function:
It adopts IGBT as the control core, which can realize the working mode of pulse charging. During pulse charging, the amplitude, time, negative pulse amplitude, time and gap time of the charging pulse can be set freely by the user. During pulse charging, the polarization of the battery generated by positive pulse charging is eliminated by discharge negative pulse or gap, which improves the efficiency of battery formation charge and discharge. At the same time, the equipment can also set the formation process and parameters of different battery models, with constant current charging, constant voltage charging, constant voltage current limiting charging, constant current voltage limiting charging, cycling, standing and other working modes, with a fixed time, fixed voltage stage conversion mode and timing recording operation data function; It has functions of over current, over voltage, cut off current, power off data saving and automatic call recovery. It has protection functions such as battery anti-reverse connection, over-discharge, output short-circuit lighting protection, power grid blackout protection, etc. It can realize centralized network control and data processing of multiple power sources by connecting with PC through online interface.
