♣Bubble cleaner/washer brief Introduction
Bubble washing machine is an important product in the production line of water for cleaning, soaking, sterilization, fixing and desalting of pickled vegetables of granule, leaf and root products, such as fruit, jujube, vegetable, aquatic product ect.
♣Bubble cleaner/washer machine working principle
Bubble washing machine uses high-pressure water flow and bubble generating device to impact the surface of the cleaned object. The energy generated by the bubble crack when contacting with the object will play an role of impacting and washing on the object surface, then the object surface will be washed cleanly.
When the raw material passes through the tank, it will roll by combining the bubble generating machine and the water, and will be pushed forward by the mesh belt. At the same time, when the material is output, there is spray pipe above mesh belt to wash the raw material which will have double washing.

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 which has lasting anti-rust effect.
2. The conveyor belt adopts SUS304 wire mesh, which runs smoothly and the speed is adjustable. The material run forward with the conveyor belt which will avoid damaging to the conveyed material.
3. The equipment is equipped with bubble generating device to make the material to be rolling status, which is an important equipment for product cleaning and desalination.
4. There is overflow gap above the washing tank, the floating material can overflow from it. And there is drain outlet below, the sediment will discharge from it to achieve the cleaning purpose.
5. This machine is equipped with separating board to separate the washing material and washed sediment effectively, which reduces the turbidity of the water, greatly improves the recycling rate of washing water and saves 80% cleaning water, and saves manpower.
6. By the combined work of air bubbles, surfing, lifting, spraying etc., the bubble cleaning machine has the characteristics of high cleanliness, energy saving, water saving, keep original color and lustre ect.
