The machine is the automatic special equipment used for large quantity flat bar and channel steel marking, punching, and shearing.

Product Feature:
The machine-frame is made by C-type plate welding, with good rigidity and big handling space. Hydraulic system is miniaturized system, mainly based on electromagnetic valve, supplemented by part cartridge element, simple structure, easily operation and maintenance.
Adopt CNC technology,servo motor infeeding,with high efficiency, stable workpiece precision. The host computer is equipped with two-axis CNC system, the workpiece can be accurately positioned in anywhere work area, realize the punching, typing & cutting function. The clamping of the sheet material has the origin positioning function. To ensure the processing accuracy of single piece workpiece and the interchangeability of same workpiece
This machine has six punching stations to achieve multi-kinds and muliti-holes processing. Mold assembly and disassembly simple, accurate positioning, greatly reducing the pause time and mold adjustment time, improve the efficiency and expand the scope of application of the machine.

This machine can be processed 6.3 # ~ 16 # channel, if without the big burrs, don't need sanding, and can process the standard # 14 channel eight  type holes in one step.


This machine can process one side of angle 40x40~63x63 punching (round and slot holes), marking and shearing.
 
Key hydraulic,pneumatic and electric parts all imported.
Easy programming and can directly use the program data made by lofting software.Computer with Chinese/English interface,easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece.
All marking,punching and shearing in automatic completeness.
Only need to input size of workpiece,diameter of holes and quantity of workpiece when edit program.
