1. Collect saliva samples.

2. Take out an extraction tube and use the test box itself as a tube stand. Draw the saliva from the cup with a disposable pipette, transfer 3 drops(100μL) of saliva to the extraction tube.

3. Remove the extraction buffer bottle cap, add all the extraction buffer into the extraction tube.

4. Take out a nozzle and close into the extraction tube, gently shake the extraction tube vertically for about 5 seconds and let it stand for one minute to allow saliva to mix well with extraction buffer.

5. Open the torn hole of the aluminum foil bag, take out the test cassette, and lay it flat. 

6.  Add 3 full drops of the treated sample vertically into the sample well of the test cassette.

7. The results are observed after 15~20 minutes and showed no clinical significance after 25 minutes.

POSITIVE:
Two distinct colored lines appear. One line should be in the control region (C) and the other line should be in the test region (T).

NEGATIVE:
One colored line appears in the control region(C). No apparent colored line appears in the test region (T). The negative result does not indicate the absence of analytes in the sample, it only indicates the level of tested analytes in the sample is less than the minimum detection limit.

INVALID: No colored lines appear, or the control line fails to appear, indicating that the operator error or reagent failure. Verify the test procedure and repeat the test with a new testing device.
