1.Pole can be provided?
Normally, we don't supply pole. Most of our clients purchase pole from local, it will be cheaper if without shipping cost.
2.It can work in the cold region?
Charging:0ºC~+60ºC, discharging: -20ºC~+60ºC storage:0ºC~+45ºC
3.How many days it can work in rainy days?
it can work continuously in 3-4 rainy days.
4.OEM is okay?Is it free?
Yes, we supply OEM service. It is free if the order quantity over 100pcs.
5. Battery life and replacement
The lifespan of battery is 3years. It is very easy to replace it.
6. Service after sale
The warranty is 3years. If there is any problem, we will ask customer to take photos or video for analysis. If it is the quality problem, we will replace spare part for customer in next order shipment. Or delivered by DHL, but the freight cost will be paid by customer.
7.Express
As it is bulky cargo, the chargeable weight is base on volume, 100*100*100 5000=200KG.
It can be arranged by your DHL, but please confirm if they can deliver it due to battery inside. Normally, we will deliver it by DHL special way through HONGKONG.
Normally, DHL can not accept to deliver. we will deliver it by DHL special way through HONGKONG. Not need DGM report.
8. What is the detection distance?
The detection distance between LED light and human is 10-12 meters.
9. AC mains complementary can be made?
There is no AC backup model. Compare with AC street light, the advantage of all in one solar street light is saving much construction and material cost.
