Order Procedures
1). Provide your logo image with details of size, colors and qty for price check
2). Free artwork 
3). Sampling with mould or printing setup charge paid
4). 30% deposit to process mass production after sample approval
5). Delivery with full payment cleared per your designated method, for sea shipment, pay on sight of B/L
6). After service if you have any feedback after receipt

Our own factories (Metal / Embroidery patches / Lanyard/Rubber) in China with total more than 2500 employees, specialized in manufacturing CUSTOM DESIGN lapel pin, police badge, name plate, challenge coins, belt buckle, bottle opener, silicone bracelet, pvc keychain, etc. No problem to fulfill your needs from the initial design to shipment. 
3). For metal product: Qualified manufacturer, and was authorized officially by Winter Olympic games, Walt  , NBC Universal, and MacDonald, Sedex, BSCI… 
4). Our own warehouse is in Hong Kong and able to integrate various products upon your demand with very competitive freight rate, ex. FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc. 
5). Professional and enthusiastic attitude to all mails from our valued customer and will respond to them properly within 24 hours.

Payment: 
30% deposit ,balance before shippment. by T/T, Credit card with 3% extra charge, or Paypal with 10% extra charge . 

Sample:
1). Mould Charge: Depend on the design. 
2). Sample Time: 7days 
3).  Sample charge is generally with mould/printing setup charge paid,
       which is refundable when mass order quantity over 5000pcs.

Shipping
1). By express for small quantity, we have very preferential contract price with FedEx, DHL, UPS
2). By air or by sea for large quantity
