Working Principle
CO2 Laser marking machine is the use of high energy laser beam in a variety of non-metallic materials on the surface of a permanent mark. Using the hot processing way of marking, laser beam with high energy density, irradiation in the material surface, surface absorption of laser energy and thermal excitation process in the illuminated area, so that the material surface temperature rise, prude abnormal melting , ablation, evaporation and other phenomena, revealing deep material. Or by light can cause chemical and physical changes of the surface material engraved traces, or by light burned part of the material, showing the required etching patterns, text.
The main working substance in the CO2 metal tube laser is composed of three kinds of CO2, nitrogen and helium. Among them, CO2 is a gas which produces laser radiation. In a discharge tube, a direct current of several tens of mA is usually input. When discharging, the discharge pipe of the mixed gas in the nitrogen molecules and CO2 molecules collide, N2 molecules to their own energy transfer to the CO2 molecule CO2 from low level to high level on the formation of inversion to produce laser.
