Main
Equipped with Emerson PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically. It adopts rubber roller space for the lower cutter, which is used to support the slitting paper avoid any paper folding. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. Equipped with emergency switch. Equipped with Hoister for rewinding shafts unloading.

Unwinding Section
3''air expanding shaft. Equipped with automatic lift-up loading system for heavy material roll loading. Equipped with edge position control(EPC) to provide accurate slitting position, which is imported from Germany.

Unwinding Tension Control
Equipped with Electrical magnetic clutch to provide stable tension.

Slitting Section
Equipped with disc type blade, and min. Slitting width is 20mm Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.

Rewinding Section
It equipped with sur-face rewinding system, rewinding shaft is active, there is an iron roller under each rewinding shaft, they assist the rewinding work which are passive, while the rewinding shafts can be micro adjustable in front, back, right and left, it will keep the good rewinding quality. 3''air expanding rewinding shafts is a standard configuration, we can also supply as request.

Rewinding Tension Control
Equipped with two sets of automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.

Trimmed Waste
Equipped with airblower and expulsion tube.
