Introduction

Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer is a solid desulfurizer with iron oxide as the main active ingredient. It is processed by adding different catalysts. The appearance of the product is brown and yellow granular. It has large sulfur capacity, high essence, high strength and no muddy water. It is easy to regenerate and can also remove hydrogen sulfide with high precision under anaerobic conditions. Between 20 ° C ~ 100 ° C, the hydrogen sulfide has a high removal performance, the thiol organic sulfur and most of the nitrogen oxides also have a certain removal effect.
The working principle of Ferric Oxide Desulfurizer is to adsorb the sulfur-containing compound in the exhaust gas into the small hole of the desulfurizing agent, thereby purifying the gas. When the desulfurizing agent reaches saturation, that is, it no longer has the desulfurization ability, it needs to be regenerated, such as steam vapour regeneration. However, after long-term use, the activity of the iron oxide desulfurizer will continue to decrease. If the pores are blocked by some impurities, the desulfurizer will lose the active ingredient.

It is mainly used for the fine desulfurization of synthetic raw gas used in city gas, chemical fertilizer and other chemical industry waste gas. It can also be used in the fields of metallurgy, textile, chemical fiber, light industry,  electronics, Waste gas, natural gas and other gases in the removal of hydrogen sulfide(H2S), RSH & COS. Compared with normal Fe2O3, it has main six characteristics below:
1. High Desulfurization Accuracy: 20 Times higher than normal Fe2O3.
2. Fast Speed Reaction: 5~6 Times faster than normal Fe2O3.
3. Working Penetrate Sulfur Capacity: 5~6 Times faster than normal Fe2O3.
4. High strength and water resistance: After boiling 2 hours or impreganated 30days, it doesn't pulverize and strength keeps the same.
5. Widely usage temperature: 0~100ºC.
6. Can be used in the absence of O2 or high CO2 conditions. In the absence of oxygen, H2S removal sulfur capacity is more than 12~15%.
