     Vincamine is one of the main alkaloids in the small vine. It is the white powder of (3α, 14β, 16α)-14, 15-dihydro-14-hydroxy-ivoryenin-14-carboxylic acid, soluble in acid solution. It is a monoterpene indole alkaloid. In 1953, Schlittle and Furlenmeier isolated vinvinamine from V. Minor. In 1962, Trojanek, Mokry, Clauder et al determined its chemical structure. In 1968, Trojanek, Blaha et al. determined the spatial configuration of vinamine. The structure of natural extracted vinylamine is dextrorotatory, and the structure of synthetic vinylamine is racemic. To a certain extent, vinylamine can regulate brain circulation, maintain the dynamic balance of nerves, protect nerves and fight against oxidation.
