Tinted float glass

Vital Tinted float glass is a heat-absorbing body tinted glass product. It is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. This coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Addition of color does not affect the basic properties of the glass, even though visible light reflectance will be slightly higher than clear glass.

Tempered/Toughened glass

Vital Tempered/Toughened glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature  (650 °c) and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressive stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use. It is ideal for areas with high wind loads and areas where human contacts are an important consideration.
 
Features:
1.High strength: 5 times stronger than annealed glass.
2.Excellent thermal stability: it withstands abrupt change of temperature
3. Safety: once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments which are relatively harmless to human body.

Wired patterned glass is a translucent figured glass with melt wire inside for safety purpose which allows tranmission of daylight,while obscuring visibility of object.It is manufactured by the Roll-Out process,whereby a roller imprints the pattern onto the glass surface.Wired glass is one kind of safety glass as in case of breakage,the glass pieces will stay on the mesh.And the wired glass can also be used as fire-resistance glass.
