Bfe99 Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric PP Melt Blown Fabric for Face Mask N99 Filter Cloth
Melt blown nonwoven fabric technology is one of the most effective ways to make very fine, highly efficient filter media. A melt blown fibre has a diameter of less than 10µm, many times finer than a human hair, which has a diameter of 120µm, or a cellulose fiber of about 50µm.
The raw material is a thermo-plastic synthetic material which is melted and forced through an extruder consisting of a very large number of tiny nozzles. Immediately after exiting the nozzles, the individual filaments are blown by hot air in the same direction while still in their semi-melted state, extending them and creating very fine, endless fibers, within a few milliseconds.
Applications:
1.Filter material gas filter: medical masks, room air conditioners filter material, liquid filtration,beverage filtration, water filtration.
2.Daily necessities:face mask, protective clothing, sterilizing clothing,diapers,Surgical gown
3.Environmental protection material (oil absorbent material): melt blown nonwovens are mainly made from PP material. It can absorb 17-20 times oil more than its own weight, in environmental protection, they can be made into absorption felt, oil filter, etc., and widely used in marine oil spill, plant equipment ,sewage treatment and so on.
4.Clothing Materials: melt blown nonwovens feel soft. the fabric of small aperture,high porosity, with very good wind resistance and good air permeability, light weight, are the best material for clothing insulation materials.
