on-Sale:
1) Submit the order to the production supervisor;
2) Inquire about production status immediately and report to clients;
3) Answer any questions while clients is waiting for the product.

After-Sale:
1) The rate of inferior product is under 5/1000. Give replacements if there is quality problem of the part and charge the freight.
2) valuate the customs risk and choose safest shipping company during different period;
