1.Can we get a free sample firstly?
Yes,free sample for testing approval is available to our customers.But customer should pay shipping fee.

2.What is your MOQ?
No MOQ for any sample test,at least 10pcs after sample order.

3. Is OEM/ODM Service available?
Yes,the production base of CNCR has the strong ability to offer OEM/ODM service. But it will have requirement for the order quantity.

4. What's your company advantage?

5. Please let us know more details about Trade Terms, payment term and leadtime.
Payment Terms: 100% TT in advance,  for the sample order
Price Terms: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo/ShenZhen
Internal Express: EMS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS,by sea or your own shipping agent
Leadtime: Sample order,1-3 business days; mass production 7-15 business days after the deposit.

6.How about the Warranty?
The first year: replace the new equipment if the your products failed.
The second and third year: supplying free maintanence service, just charge components cost fee and labor fee
